About Us

Barissimo delivers great espresso coffee, a variety of delicious café beverages and a fine selection off gourmet foods direct to your work place, parties, functions and fundraisers.

Our friendly operators simply park their fully equipped vans at a designated location and start operating.  No power or water supply is required, meaning the vans are totally self contained and relocatable at a minute’s notice.  Our coffee and wide variety of café beverages are made to order onsite, so they are always fresh and hot.

Our coffee is ROC’s premium espresso coffee. A finely crafted blend with origins carefully selected from some of the finest growing regions around the world including central and south America, Ethiopia and Papua New Guinea.

Each origin is individually roasted to enhance the specific characteristics and flavour profile unique to that origin.

The coffee has sweet and toasty aromatics and a rich full bodied flavour with dark chocolate tones. There are subtle hints of nuts and gentle berry flavours finished with a smooth lingering aftertaste. All you could hope for in your daily cup.

Barissimo is a word created with the words 'Barista' (Person who makes espresso coffee) and 'Belissimo' (means beautiful) put together meaning 'Beautiful Coffee'.  The aim of our business...to serve Beautiful Coffee.
